Mantra music (also called kiirtan) is the ancient practice of singing a highly vibrated phrase for spiritual upliftment, healing and creating positive vibrations. These tracks use the Sanskrit mantra Baba Nam Kevalam. This can be translated loosely as "Love is all there is". Ananda Marga is a global spiritual and social service organization founded in 1955 by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti (Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar). The mission of Ananda Marga is self-realization (individual emancipation) and service to humanity (collective welfare): the fulfillment of the physical, mental and spiritual needs of all people. - Tantra meditation - "As you think, so you become." This powerful psychological principle is the mainstay of meditation. If you think negatively, your life will be negative; if you think positively, your life will be positive. We are continually in the process of becoming the object of our ideation. So the meaning of the mantra is vital. It must be the most uplifting ideation; the most positive of thoughts.
